Mango Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of choice)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener (optional)
  • Ice cub

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add the mango, banana, yogurt, and milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add honey if additional sweetness is needed.
  4. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
